Excellent structural renovations which created an open plan living, new butler’s kitchen, and a reinvented
staircase with frameless offset glass using engineered timber which is stunning. The main kitchen was completely redesigned to better maximise the area with the latest materials and features. We also renovated the pool, overhauled the outdoor area, and installed a new home automation system proposed by Sydney Construct. The renovation was finished before the allotted time even during Covid-19 uncertainty and was given the time and attention it deserved with a very high level of service. Would not hesitate to recommend Sydney Construct for any high-end Gold Coast renovation work.

I am very pleased to recommend Sydney Construct for apartment renovations. Bishoy is an excellent project manager, delivering on schedule within the five-week timeline and keeping the client updated with any variations to the budget. Communication was very easy and Bishoy was accommodating with any requests, changes or finding solutions to discoveries along the way. Working with strata and on the second floor of a walk-up block is challenging enough, however, managing to remove a wall and insert a large steel beam with minimum disruption was an outstanding achievement. The project was completed to the best possible standard, creating a much more usable and contemporary space.

What we appreciated was, the man that was involved in the initial discussions and quote for the job, was the man who managed the project through to the end. As such he was fully aware of the lead-up discussions and agreements. We found Ben most accommodating and responsive prior to granting him the job. Once the commencement date was agreed it was locked in and started on that agreed date. Ben was also on a strict timeline for a four week completion. With three full bathroom renovations to complete Ben was well organised and kept the flow of work to the schedule and delivered the completed job on time. We found Ben to be flexible and able to resolve issue in a timely manner as and when they arose. The tradesmen used were professional with a friendly disposition, together with an understanding and acceptance of added sensitivities of working in a apartment block. I would happily recommend Ben and Sydney Construct.

We recently engaged the services of Sydney-Construct to manage a full renovation of our unit in Abbotsford NSW 2046. It is an older style building with matching decor. The Project Manager (Bishoy) ticked all the boxes in the transformation of the unit. Bishoy liaised with strata and other relevant bodies to ensure the job ran smoothly at all times. He is a very polite person and kept us in the loop all the time. He steered us in the right direction whenever we needed guidance and the renovation was completed within stipulated timeframe.
